Denise Hardy began her career in Real Estate in 2014 on Boston's South Shore. She holds a degree in Political Science with a minor in Russian Studies. She has served on area and site advisory Boards for the Department of Mental Health in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and presently server on the Greater Portland Board of Realtors as chair of a DEI task force, Greater Portland Board of realtors Director as well as Maine Assc. of Realtors Director.
After moving to Southern Maine in 2015 she became licensed and realized there just were not enough homes to meet the demand and began to work in land acquisition and new construction. This specialization proved valuable in her residential real estate practice to assist clients of all backgrounds leverage property ownership to build generational wealth. Denise is a mom to 4 adult daughters, and grandmother to two beautiful grand daughters.
Her role as a parent and advocate is integrated into everything she does. She is a fervent ally, representing Sellers, offering consulting as well relocation, new construction, infill projects, vacation, and investment properties. Denise treats her clients like family and would be delighted to help in Southern Maine.
